@Mr_R341 I have the same problem but for build Windows 10 Insider Preview 19037.1 ( vb _release) Every day for 2 weeks I got an update to install this one, every time I do so I get the Green screen and it restores me back to the preview version. It’s off for me windows want me to update the same insider build all the time when it’s not working.
3/31/2020 · This issue was resolved and the safeguard hold has been removed. Please note, it can take up to 48 hours before you can update to a new Windows Insider Preview build .
11/4/2019 · I bought an Acer laptop on Ebay and just got it today. I set it up with my account and when it finally loaded up, it has this Evaluation copy . Build 18999. vb _release.191004-1432 thing in the bottom right corner. I never opted into the insider program at all so idk why its like that. I also made new account after I reset the laptop just to double check and its still there.
