Just experienced an issue with the Ubiquiti UniFi Controller being unable to adopt or reject one of their Wi-Fi APs because it was stuck in an adoption failure loop caused by installing the UniFi Controller from a backup config on another machine, after rejecting one of the APs.
Launch the UniFi Network mobile app and select the controller you’re using for adoption. 2. Go to the Devices tab and find the device that is pending adoption. The Devices tab will list all adopted devices, as well as any devices that haven’t been adopted yet – those will have a status of Pending Adoption.
6/16/2012 · The release notes for beta version 5.53.1 claim that Wi-Fi 6 connectivity and stability under load is improved, so my first test was to compare them. In my testing with a single 2×2 Wi-Fi 6 client at close range, performance didn’t change by a significant amount. I don’t have a reliable and repeatable way to test multi-client performance, but perhaps there are benefits there.
Now I want to adopt the AP, which is also hooked up into the main router. The problem is that it is stuck in a loop where it switches from Adopting to Disconnected and back. We have a few devices we fight with this all the time for so here’s the steps to fix. Sometimes the Ubiquiti UniFi controller has devices that’ll show up in the Unifi but don’t have the box for changing the inform URL.
7/10/2020 · A customer was consolidating two offices into one. Both were on the same UniFi controller. Each office had its own USG and its own range of IP addresses. The Problem While changing some settings on th AP I managed to get the it to get stuck in a boot loop . It was basically just flashing white all the time and before it could start up it rebooted and started flashing again.
